A Data Analytics Journey – How to build, mature and grow a Data & Analytics portfolio within an organization

Describe the journey that ARC has been on in the last four years from an idea to a team and the portfolio that is bringing value to our organization.  During this talk, I'd like to highlight the technology skills required, business relationship management communication requirements (front line to execs), organizational design iterations, process change management (successes and struggles), and partnerships with individual contributors that should be considered as you start.  In addition, describe some of the stumbling blocks we had to overcome, and the transformations we implemented, as we matured and iterated along the way.  This would be targeted to anyone thinking about creating or maturing their data and analytics portfolios in their organizations.
